'Mr. Robot' Season 2 News: Christian Slater Talks About Changes in New Season

Stars of the hit series "Mr. Robot" have shared some interesting news about the upcoming season.

The first season of "Mr. Robot" proved to be a big hit, and fans are anticipating the release of the new season. In addition, there have been many questions concerning how the team will tackle Season 2 of "Mr. Robot." Christian Slater recently shared information on what to expect for the season 2 of "Mr. Robot."

He explained that the season will take a different approach from the first season. One of the examples he pointed out was the process of how they do the table read. Slater explained that during the first season, they performed week-by-week table reads.

However, he stated that they are now doing a one-time read of the first six episodes of the season followed by another session for the rest of the episodes. Slater also commended the writers and producers of the show on their preparation for the season to come.

According to Variety, he said, "I've been blown away by the writers' and Sam Esmail's ability to prepare. It's a very mysterious show. I think it would be that much more difficult if the actors were in the dark, as well."

The executive producer of the series, Sam Esmail, also shared his sentiments for the Season 2 preparation. He said, "The first season's critical acclaim and the response gave us a lot of confidence. But it's almost like the pressure kind of cancels it out. I'm back to square one, which is exactly where I think we should be in terms of approaching the story for the second season."

With that said, fans can expect that the upcoming season of "Mr. Robot" will be full of changes. "Mr. Robot" Season 2 is expected to be released this summer, though the exact date has yet to be confirmed.
