'Nashville' Season 4 Spoilers: Who Are the Characters to Bring Drama in Midseason Finale?

The upcoming midseason finale of the series "Nashville" is expected to be dramatic.

Before the fourth season of "Nashville" ends for its winter finale, it was revealed that there will be some emotional scenes for the characters of the show.

Apparently, the midseason finale will have Markus, played by Riley Smith, running into some challenges before he is supposed to launch his album. It was reported that Rayna, played by Connie Britton, will try to help Markus with his album launch by planning an appearance on "Good Morning America."

It was revealed that his live concert in Nashville will be broadcast live on the morning show. However, the synopsis for the episode teased that the singer will be hesitant to perform. With that, it is evident that there will be trouble for both Markus and Rayna, who is depending on Markus to keep her label a success.

However, that is not the only obstacle that Rayna will be facing in the episode to come. Aside from her label, Rayna will also have to deal with her relationship with Deacon. It was hinted that the two will soon make a big decision that could change their lives together.

It was said that a conflict could arise due to the relationship of Rayna and Markus. The trailer for the upcoming episode showed Rayna and Markus kissing. However, it was not revealed whether Deacon will find out about it. Either way, it is likely that this will play a vital role in their upcoming big decision.

Their relationship will not be the only one on the rocks, as hinted by the synopsis. It was said that Luke, played by Will Chase, will also be struggling with his relationship with Colt, played by Keean Johnson. It was said that while he tries to fix their relationship, he will have no luck whatsoever. With that, it is evident that their relationship will bring more drama in the midseason finale.

"Nashville" season 4 airs on ABC every Wednesday.
