5 bipartisan accomplishments of the 115th Congress

At a time when the United States is very much divided politically, some might be surprised to know that lawmakers passed several pieces of bipartisan legislation in the two years since President Donald Trump took office.

Bipartisanship is not quite dead in Washington, D.C. as lawmakers from both sides of the aisle were able to put aside their political differences and work together to pass much-needed bills addressing some of the most pressing issues facing the country and the world.

With the 116th Congress set to be seated Thursday, the following pages contain five bipartisan accomplishments of the 115th Congress.
