5 key findings from DOJ report on anti-Christian bias under Biden
Task force found 'consistent and systematic pattern of discrimination'

FBI arrests of Christian pro-life protesters under the FACE Act
The report highlights the Department of Justice's arrest and prosecution of nearly two dozen peaceful pro-life protesters under the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act (FACE Act) for demonstrating outside abortion clinics, which led to felony charges and prison sentences for those involved.
Called to testify as a witness before the task force was Paul Vaughn, a Catholic father of 11 children who was one of the originally 11 people indicted for blocking the entrance to the Carafem Health Center Clinic in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, on March 15, 2021.
After being indicted by the DOJ on Oct. 3, 2022, FBI agents arrested Vaughn at gunpoint in front of his family during an early morning raid at his home. His situation echoed that of Mark Houck, another Catholic father who protested at an abortion clinic in Philadelphia and was arrested during an early-morning raid at his home in September 2022.
Days after being sworn in to office in January, Trump pardoned Vaughn and the other protesters, clearing them of the charges that the DOJ report claimed were predicated upon "an unprecedented and untested theory" of the FACE Act.
