CBA Releases Top 50 Books

The Christian Booksellers Association, now hosting its 56th annual convention - the industry's largest gathering of Christian booksellers and distributors - just released its July best-sellers list of the top 50 Christian books.

The best-seller lists are compiled from weekly sales of a wide sampling of Christian retail stores in March 2005.

The top ten best-sellers are listed below:

1. Captivating by John & Stasi Eldredge, Nelson Books (Nelson)
2. The Purpose Driven Life by Rick Warren, Zondervan
3. God's Promises & Answers for Your Life by J. Countryman (Nelson)
4. The Revelation by Beverly Lewis, Bethany House
5. Your Best Life Now by Joel Osteen, Warner Faith
6. Monster by Frank Peretti, WestBow (Nelson)
7. The Shunning by Beverly Lewis, Bethany House
8. The Five Love Languages by Gary Chapman, Northfield (Moody)
9. Wild at Heart by John Eldredge, Nelson Books (Nelson)
10. Approval Addiction by Joyce Meyer, Warner Faith
