'Trailblazer of Gospel ministry': Christian leaders react to Charles Stanley's death

Joel Osteen, bestselling author and pastor of Lakewood Church in Houston, Texas, shared his condolences for Charles Stanley, describing the 90-year-old pastor as "a hero of the faith to our family and myself."

"His steadfast character, solid biblical teaching, and godly example to pastors and spiritual leaders is incalculable," Osteen tweeted. "His legacy will continue through his family and all of us who have been impacted by his life and ministry."
