'Downtown Abbey' Season 6, Episode 7 Spoilers: Mary Has to Face Her Fears

As the romantic storyline of Mary and Henry continues to burn in the hearts of fans, the upcoming episode will once again prove that struggles are imminent in small screens.

Despite all the love that burns in the midst of the new couple, Mary (Michelle Dockery) will have to stand up to her fears and prove that she is stronger than before. Fans know that the poor lady has very real and very frustrating memories about cars. Matthew (Dan Stevens) was killed in a fatal car crash and she wouldn't want to relive the memories that took her late husband away from her.

However, Henry (Matthew Goode) is a car enthusiast, and whether Mary likes it or not, she would have to one day watch her new love get into the race tracks. Spoilers reveal that Mary will tell Henry why she isn't fond of cars and the latter will understand. However, he would love to see her rooting for him as he gets into the race.

It seems Mary will have to once again sit and reminisce how Matthew passed away. Her love for Henry will push her to the brink of possibly seeing Henry suffer Matthew's fate. On the other hand, good things could come for those who face their fears. Henry can come out of the race unscathed and he may even win.

In photos obtained by the International Business Times, it seems the car race will be full of the town's big names as Bates (Brendan Coyle) and Anna (Joanne Froggatt) will also be present.

Meanwhile, there's a lot of fun for other characters as spoilers reveal that Mr. Carson (Jim Carter) will get a taste of his own medicine. Mrs. Patmore (Lesley Nicol) will finally open her B&B but her first guest will make her understand that business isn't always good in the morning. Mr. Carson doesn't find the B&B's food good to his palate, but Mrs. Hughes (Phyllis Logan) is just around the bend, waiting for the right time to teach the old, grumpy guy a lesson he will never forget.

Episode 7 of "Downtown Abbey" season 6 airs Sunday at 9 p.m. on PBS.
