Helpmate Launches New Event Management Software

Helpmate Technology Solutions (HTS) recently announced the release of its Event HelpmateT 2004 product which is designed for churches, non-profits, and any organization that holds events or activities.

The product includes the latest scheduling tools such as monthly, weekly, and daily calendars, time-bar charts, and day-timer controls. The company says calendars can be easily output to other software and file formats such as Microsoft Word®, Microsoft Excel®, PDF files, PDA's, and even to a Web page (HTML) - using templates designed by the user.

In addition to the scheduling and calendar functions, the new software includes several other critical aspects related to the management of events such as scheduling and assigning specific tasks, registration and booking.

The company says product features include data file replication and synchronization so that organizations can now have multiple users fully using EH2004 on remote (non-networked) computers. Users can view, edit and add data from any of the modules of EH2004 and then, when desired, merge each of their different data files back into one.

Another addition in EH2004 is the ability to produce personalized bulk e-mails to a specific "target" of their database - for example, all individuals who are signed-up to attend their next event - or maybe all individuals who served in some capacity in last week's big event. The company says these e-mails can even be personalized with each person's greeting added to the top of each message.
