Human Barbie Valeria Lukyanova Attacked Outside Her Home

Valeria Lukyanova, also known as the Human Barbie, is currently in recovery in her home after allegedly suffering a brutal attack where she was punched and strangled by two men on Halloween night right outside the entrance of her home in Ukraine.

Lukyanova claims that the motive behind the attack was part of a "two year hate campaign," according to Daily Mail.

"I was attacked by the entrance of my block of flats," said Lukyanova. "I came back home from a shop with bags and entered the door code when two men rushed from the dark and attacked me."

"They said nothing and did not try to rob me. It happened in a flash, they hit me on the head, several times on my jaw, then one of them began strangling me. If it wasn't for my neighbor who suddenly appeared, I don't know what would have happened. They saw her and ran away," she added.

Lukyanova took to social media to post pictures of her injuries, but many are saying that she might have had additional surgery which explains why her face was in a bandage. Lukyanova has previously denied having any other surgery, claiming that she only underwent breast augmentation and that everything else about her is entirely natural and only enhanced by makeup.

After being released from the hospital last Tuesday, Lukyanova said, "I feel a little better, but my jaw is still hurting badly. I have been on the strongest painkiller for four days, but still woke in the middle of the night from horrible pains."

Lukyanova gained global fame for her attempts at becoming the human version of the Mattel doll, but she has also incurred ire over her controversial statements. In a previous interview with GQ magazine, Lukyanova made some statements about finding children "unacceptable" and blaming race-mixing for the "degeneration" of beauty standards. She also claims to subsist on a liquid diet by juicing vegetables, and expressed a desire to be a "breatharian," meaning that she would not eat or drink and would attempt to live on air and light.

Now, she is reportedly thinking about changing her image to look more like an Amazon woman.

"She had a beautiful and warlike figure, the body of an Amazon. I want the same magnificent figure. I no longer like my body. It needs some muscle," said Lukyanova.
