Josh Duggar News: Josh Was Reportedly Visited by His Family

It seems like last Christmas was not too bad for Josh Duggar, since it was reported that his family flew into Illinois to see him on Christmas Eve.

According to Radar Online, the Duggar family did not spend their holiday in Arkansas, just like what they normally do, but instead went to see Josh in his rehab center, Reformers Unanimous, which is a couple of hours away from Chicago, Illinois. The website said that John David, Josh's younger brother, was spotted in Rockford, Illinois and landed from their family's private plane.

A local media website, The Rockford Scanner, also claimed that John David was seen with an "unidentified woman with wavy hair," and Duggar family fans speculated that it's either the matriarch of the family, Michelle, or Josh's wife, Anna. Josh's visitors were said to fly out of Rockford 24 hours after they landed, after spending ample amount of time with Josh in the rehab center. It seems like Josh, after all that happened, still has his family's support, after his scandal brought his family's name down.

According to Page Six, 2015 was indeed a bad year for the whole Duggar clan, after several scandals about the family were revealed. January started with Amy Duggar, now King, announcing that she was born out of wedlock. She said on her social media account that her life is not perfect just because she is a Duggar. "Just because we are Christians doesn't make us perfect, it just makes us forgiven," she said.

In May, everything came crashing down for the stars of "19 Kids and Counting," after Josh admitted of molesting five kids, which include four of his younger sisters, when he was a teenager. TLC immediately pulled out the family show, and later canceled it in July. Josh sent his apologies later, but the family's name was already tarnished.

Apparently, that is not all as Josh added more damage to the family's name. In August, it was revealed that the eldest Duggar son cheated on his wife after the news came out that he kept an account with Ashley Madison, an online cheating website. He issued another confession the day after saying that he's also addicted to Internet porn, and days after, Josh went into rehab. Fans can only hope that 2016 will be a better year for the devout Christian family.
