Kate Middleton Bottomless Photos Published, Duchess Faces Further Humiliation

Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge, has suffered more humiliation just weeks after her infamous topless photo scandal after a Danish magazine published a new series of risqué photos in its latest edition.

The 30-year-old, who recently won an injunction against France's Closer magazine after its editor published topless photos of her taken while she was on vacation, appears without her bikini bottoms in Danish magazine Se go Hør, according to Gawker.

Middleton was recently on vacation with her husband of over one year, Prince William, 30, at a private estate in France when a photographer secretly snapped intrusive photos of the couple from nearly half a mile away. Despite receiving widespread backlash for publishing the photos, the Danish editor of Se go Hør insists that she is simply doing her job.

"We are a leading gossip magazine in Denmark, and it is my job to publish them," editor Kim Henningsen is quoted as saying to the Belfast Telegraph. "If the British royal family want to sue us, then it will happen then and we'll deal with it."

The royal couple was understandably shaken after learning that Closer magazine had published topless photos of Kate at the beginning of September. Prince William was reportedly most furious that his wife had been exposed to the public in such a way, and some critics have drawn comparisons to that of his late mother, Princess Diana. She was constantly hounded by the media, and many blame the paparazzi for playing a part in her untimely death in 1997.

"Their Royal Highnesses have been hugely saddened to learn that a French publication and a photographer have invaded their privacy in such a grotesque and totally unjustifiable manner," a representative for the royal couple said in a public statement.

Attorneys for the pair successfully secured the historic injunction just four days after the intrusive photos were published, which prevents the owners of Closer magazine from sharing the photos and from further publication, according to reports.

It is still unclear whether the couple will pursue legal action against Se go Hør.
