Tim Tebow Rooting for Tom Brady, Patriots at Super Bowl 2012?

Is Tim Tebow hoping that the New England Patriots are successful against the New York Giants during this coming Sunday's Super Bowl game?

Although Tebow and the Broncos did not make it to the 2012 Super Bowl after suffering a heavy loss to Brady's Patriots, the quarterback star who has been described as an "irresistible force of nature" has come out to show support for his fellow NFL colleagues.

"That Tom Brady is really good," Tebow said on "NBC Sports Talk Live from the Super Bowl," on Thursday.

The popular quarterback shared with the sports hosts that he had learned from the January upset in which the Patriots beat the Broncos 45-10, pushing Tebow and the Broncos out of the playoffs.

"If we get better and continue to work anything can happen," Tebow said.

The popular quarterback, who has not been shy to share his Christian faith, has praised Brady before.

Prior to January's upset, Tebow called Brady "one of the best quarterbacks of all time." He also lauded Brady for being "one of the best when it comes to championships."

Although it remains unclear who exactly Tebow may be rooting for in this year's Super Bowl, others have not been shy about expressing their hopes.

Tom Brady's supermodel wife Gisele Bundchen sent an email asking family and friends to pray for her husband and his team for a victory in Sunday's big game.

"My sweet friends and family, this Sunday will be a really important day in my husband's life. He and his team worked so hard and now they need us more than ever to sent them positive energy so they can fulfill their dream of winning the Super Bowl," the 31-year-old model wrote to her close inner circle in an email obtained by the New York Post.

"So I kindly ask all of you to join me on this positive chain and pray for him," she added.

The Patriots are set to play the New York Giants on Sunday at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis. Kickoff time is 6:30 p.m. ET, and the event will be broadcast on NBC.
