Weeks after family and friends glorified God for her overcoming a lupus-related health complication, Toni Braxton was admitted and released from the hospital again.

The Grammy Award winning "Unbreak My Heart" singer was hospitalized Saturday in Cleveland, Ohio where she was scheduled to perform for "The Hits Tour" that kicked off Oct. 8. Although Braxton was later released, this is her second lupus-related hospital visit this month.

However, God got the glory from her fellow singer sister Tamar Braxton when she was hospitalized earlier this month. Tamar, the youngest of the five Braxton songstresses, took to social media to write a special message for her sister while glorifying God that her older sister is on the mend.

"I absolutely HATE when she is sick .. But to God be the Glory!! T, You are home SAFE and We can make you smile even when you're faking like you feel well enough to laugh at the joke," Tamar wrote in an Instagram post. "#LUPUSSUCKS shout out to all Lupus superwomen and men who knows what that's like."

Nick Cannon, the comedian, television host and entertainment mogul, is one of those people who knows firsthand about lupus. As someone who was also diagnosed with the autoimmune disease, he also took to social media to wish Braxton well while quoting Isaiah 53:5, "But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed."

"Sending love and strength to My fellow #LupusWarrior @tonibraxton The Queen is back!! We can't never let this diagnosed condition stop our mission," Cannon wrote. "We just had a long fellowship and she is at home now, preparing to hit the road for her fans. I get these type of setbacks all the time but it just makes us stronger against this invisible disease!"

Cannon also went on to quote Romans 8:37 which states, "No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us."

"But the queen is more than a conqueror! No sweat," he wrote. "By his stripes you are healed! Now go give the people what they want!! A fabulous show!

Braxton's representatives released a statement about the condition that landed her in the hospital Saturday.

"Lupus needs to be constantly monitored and this minor setback should not affect the rest of her tour," the statement reads.

Braxton still plans to tour despite her recent health issues and previously told The Huffington Post how important it is for her to perform through her difficult disease.

"Even if I can't perform, I still figure it out," she said last year. "Sometimes I look back [at] that evening [and] I go, 'How did I get through that?'"

However, Braxton admits that performing through her lupus symptoms can be tough at times.

"That's the toughest part, when I have to perform," she said. "So often, when it's like that, it's a lot of, 'You sing!' to the audience, you know. They kind of help me out a little bit without realizing it."
