Adele No Longer Allowed to 'Drunk Tweet'

To say that Adele's song "Hello" is a hit would be an understatement. The English singer has taken over the world again as she made her comeback with a new song, and it doesn't seem that Adele is stopping anytime soon. Despite all her success, one of the things that fans have loved about Adele is her down-to-earth nature. She has always been open about everything and did not let success get into her despite all that she has achieved. One particular thing that has been especially entertaining for her followers is her tweets, which she is famous for doing so while being drunk; however, it doesn't seem like anyone will be getting more of her drunk tweeting from now on.

Recently, in a preview for her upcoming program "Adele at The BBC," someone asked her about the news that she has been banned from using her Twitter account, to which Adele laughed out loud and confirmed, as she says, "This is true. Yeah." She then elaborates, "I mean I'm not a drinker anymore, but when Twitter first came out I was, like, drunk tweeting, and nearly put my foot in it quite a few times."

Although she did say that she is no longer allowed to access her account, she clarified that it isn't entirely the case. Apparently, her tweets are still her own, but they just don't go straight to the social media account, but instead go through "filtering." Adele adds, "My management decided that you have to go through two people and then it has to be signed off by someone, but they're all my tweets. No one writes my tweets. They just post them for me. So, yeah, that's very, very true."
