- Added status menu for settlers in your settlements
- Fixed an issue where Preston would send player to a settlement instead of a dungeon as part of a Minutemen quest
- Fixed an issue that could prevent the player from setting up a supply line in settlements with a high population
- Fixed issue with certain settlement attacks not generating properly
- Fixed an issue with settlement happiness calculations

In addition to the updates on settlements, Patch 1.3 also brings other new features, including PC-specific enhancements.

First, the ability to rotate an object that a player is holding has been added. To switch the rotating axis, players need to use the left/right triggers and press down on the left thumbstick.

Meanwhile, here are the new changes that affect the PC:

- New ambient occlusion setting, HBAO+
- New weapon debris effects (PC Nvidia cards)
- Improved "ESDF" keys remapping support while in Workshop mode

Bug fixes and general memory and stability improvements will be rolled out across all platforms. For instance, the update fixes the problem where a player becomes dismembered while still alive. It also fixes the issue where Vault 81 residents would not dismember correctly. The issue of players warping to a different location when aiming has also been fixed.

The update contains many more changes. Those interested can read the full patch notes here.

As usual, "Fallout 4" Patch 1.3 will automatically download for all Steam users. Meanwhile, the update will release to the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 "later this week."
