'Overwatch' Update: Lucio Arrives in 'Heroes of the Storm' Patch Notes; New Quest Allows 'World of Warcraft' Character Use

The latest patch note of "Heroes of the Storm" adds the famous "Overwatch" character, Lucio, who has unique abilities to help the players win a fight. A new quest is also added to allow players include a hero from "World of Warcraft."

Blizzard's hit multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA), "Heroes of the Storm," has just unveiled another hero for the fans' enjoyment. Lucio possesses an ability called Wall Ride, which permits him to penetrate other units while boosting his speed by 20 percent, especially when he starts darting alongside structures and terrains that are impossible to pass.

He also has other skills like Crossfade, Soundwave and Amp It Up, which create significant damage to his opponent. Also, the new hero has a healing boost that restores his Health and the allied Heroes near him.

Aside from Lucio, the latest "Heroes of the Storm" patch notes include new quests, rewards and other game changes. The new quest involves completing all the 15 "Heroes of the Storm" battles alongside a friend to earn rewards.

Available to play until March 14, both players can experience the game using "Warcraft" Heroes and possibly earn bonuses like a 10-day Stimpack and Flames of Judgement Charger Mount of "Heroes of the Storm" and Primal Flamesaber Mount of "World of Warcraft."

The patch is only available for playtesting and is due to end on Feb. 13. With that, Blizzard reminds the gamers that the progress to their rewards or quest will not be released until the update goes live.

They wrote on Battle.net, "While elements of this event may appear on the Test Realm, players will not be able to make progress toward quests or rewards until the patch is released to the live version of 'Heroes of the Storm' next week."

As of the moment, Blizzard is encouraging all participants to try the new content before it is officially released to the public. All observed bugs and other issues can be reported to the game's PTR Bug Report forum.
