10 Democrats looking to challenge Trump in 2020

Although the presidential election is more than a year and a half away, many Democrat politicians have announced their intentions to run against President Donald Trump.

The growing field includes multiple women, United States senators, an openly gay mayor based in Indiana, the man who posed a strong challenge to Hillary Clinton during the 2016 Democratic primary, and a former Obama administration official. 

Here are ten notable politicians who have either declared their candidacy for president or have launched exploratory committees.
