'Avengers: Age of Ultron' Release Date News: Cast Members Reveal Tidbits as Premiere Nears

As the release date of the "Avengers: Age of Ultron" approaches, some of its stars have been making the rounds and sharing some interesting tidbits about the upcoming movie.

Robert Downey, Jr. who plays Tony Stark/Iron Man in the movie recently said that his character is growing and changing as the series continues.

"'Age of Ultron' feels like a beginning and an ending," RDJ said. The film is said to cap the end of "Marvel's Phase Two" in order to segue to "Phase Three," which will be brought in through the next Captain America movie, "Captain America: Civil War."

"Wouldn't it be interesting to see Tony doing something you wouldn't imagine?" he added, saying that Iron Man has "evolved" over the course of his journey.

Mark Ruffalo ,who reprises his role as the Bruce Banner/Incredible Hulk, talked about "a different side of Bruce Banner" that viewers will see in "Age of Ultron."

"I think he's definitely matured a little bit since the last one. He's become more acclimated to this thing and to be part of the team," he told Empire.

He also mentioned that in this film, more focus is given to each character rather than the organization S.H.I.E.L.D. When asked about Bruce's control over Hulk, he says that "there's a battle going on between these two opposing egos that live inside him."

The only lead female character, Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow, will also be in the spotlight in "Age of Ultron," according to Scarlett Johansson. The actress said that the background story of Romanoff will be revealed in the movie.

The film is a sequel of the 2012 movie "The Avengers." "Avengers: Age of Ultron" will premiere on May 1, 2015.
