Samantha is the second child for Williams. The 57-year-old actor has a 9-year-old son, Brandon Eric Williams, from a previous relationship. It is Kennedy's first child.

The couple remains active on "The Greg Brady Project," a fan portal and a social networking service.

Williams portrayed the eldest of six children on the 1970s hit television series "The Brady Bunch." As his character Greg Brady reached his teenage years, the show's producer's groomed Williams into a teen idol.

In 1992, Williams penned a book with Chris Kreski entitled "Growing Up Brady: I was a Teenage Greg." The book stayed on the New York Times bestseller list for three months and was later adapted into a movie entitled "Growing Up Brady."

Williams was portrayed by Adam Brody in the 2000 film.

Since his teen stardom, Williams still remains in the media's spotlight. The actor made headlines when he spoke out in 2008 during pop singer Britney Spears' personal crisis.

"I have great empathy for what Britney is subjected to and the difficulty of it all," said Williams, according to People magazine. "No matter what your circumstance though, whatever the challenges are, ultimately you have to be responsible for yourself."

The former child actor offered advice to Spears at the time.

"I feel like, from a distance, Britney is still looking for someone to rescue her," said Williams. "It doesn't work that way, you have to rescue yourself."

"I wish her well and hope she gets strong enough to make herself better," added the "Growing Up Brady" author.
