In their second full week, President Donald Trump and his administration rolled out several actions designed to reduce the global footprint of the federal government and advance a socially conservative agenda at home.

The mix of executive orders, proposals and administrative maneuvers unveiled over the past week have wide-ranging implications for both domestic and foreign policy and have sparked much discussion among members of the U.S. Congress and advocacy groups. 

Here are five moves the Trump and his administration took over the past week.
