The nation’s largest Muslim civil rights group is calling on law enforcement to prosecute a man who was seen in a viral video praying over a group of teens praying outside of a Texas coffee shop.
Leah Sharibu has now spent more than seven years in captivity, held by the Boko Haram since February 19, 2018.
The situation, the United Nations warns, is spiraling out of control.
Evangelist Franklin Graham condemned the face of “radical Islam” in Sudan after receiving videos showing paramilitary fighters executing civilians following their capture of the city of el-Fasher. Graham said the footage, which includes people being shot in the head and “piles of bodies,” was too graphic to share publicly.
Pastor Ted Barham, who made headlines for clashing with the Muslim mayor of Dearborn, told The Christian Post that Christians must love their Muslim neighbors while heeding Christ's command to be courageous, even in the face of potential persecution.
What struck me most in these conversations was the refusal to answer violence with vengeance.
