Kim Kardashian Pressing Charges Against Flour Attacker?

Kim Kardashian is considering pressing charges on the woman who doused her with flour while promoting her new perfume at a hotel on West Hollywood.

The incident was caught on video and shows a woman throw flour from a bag as the reality star walks the red carpet at the London hotel.

Right after, the woman is held by members of the security detail as Kardashian is whisked away to a back room. She returns a few moments later after she cleans herself off, and is seen smiling an joking with those around her.

But now that the dust has settled, Kardashian is rethinking her current legal options.

"I am just going to think about it, because I don't want someone to think they can really get away with that," Kardashian told E! News.

There was a non-criminal report filed soon after the incident, but further legal actions may be taken.

"I was laughing it off earlier and, you know, I think that is the only thing I knew how to do at the time," said the reality star.

Apparently, Kardashian had time to think about the potential danger she was in.

"I think, 'What if that was some other substance? What if that person had a dangerous weapon?' It's scary … we are definitely changing things up a little bit … I'm gonna definitely deal with it because it is not acceptable," Kim explained.

Shortly after the incident, there were rumors that the animal rights group PETA was involved, but the organization denied the rumors and offered their thoughts on the flour bombing.

"If she presses charges, at least people will be constantly reminded of her selfish, callous disregard for the cruel deaths that she causes by wearing fur," PETA said in a statement.
