'The Elder Scrolls Online' News: What Players Can Expect From the Upcoming 'Clockwork City' DLC Pack

'Clockwork City' is due out this fall

New items are still coming out for "The Elder Scrolls Online," and sometime this fall, players will be given access to some additional features courtesy of the "Clockwork City" downloadable content pack.

As the name of the DLC pack gives away, there is a new zone coming to the game that is just begging to be explored.

According to a new post on the game's official website, there is a chance that players may have already been able to visit parts of the city before. But now, the entire location will be made accessible.

Players should not count on their visit to Clockwork City being a relaxing one, however.

This mechanized metropolis is littered with enemies who will go after players, while two World Bosses are even present. Developers are also going to present "The Elder Scrolls Online" players with some challenges while they are inside the city, so there will be a lot for them to do here.

The good news for players is that not all of Clockwork City is designed to bring about their downfall.

A portion of it, known as the Brass Fortress, is home to non-player characters, merchants and even some crafting stations. While inside the Brass Fortress, players can restock their inventories so they can be better prepared for another trip to Clockwork City.

Notably, there is also a story that will be told in the "Clockwork City" DLC pack. The story included is said to be around the same length as the ones featured in the Dark Brotherhood and Thieves' Guild DLC packs.

Lastly, the DLC pack will also present players with a new Trial known as the Asylum Sanctorium. This Trial will pit players against three bosses.

An exact release date for "Clockwork City" has not been announced just yet, though it is expected to arrive sometime this fall.

More news about "The Elder Scrolls Online" should be made available soon.
