'The Walking Dead' Season 8 Spoilers: On the Two Graves in the Premiere and the Major Character Death in the Mid-Season Finale

The world of TV shows has greatly expanded since more people got on board to the frustrating and simultaneously gratifying per-episode waiting game. "The Walking Dead" is considered as one of the classics, specifically for its memorable intensity and originality in portraying a world ravaged by zombies.

In "The Walking Dead" season 8 premiere, fans saw Rick (Andrew Lincoln) mourning in various timelines. Spoilers reveal that this scene might be a foreshadowing of a mid-season finale character death.

Considering the eerie and ominous feel of the first episode of "The Walking Dead" season 8, many fans were concerned that someone died, not even a full episode after it was released. Fortunately, Lincoln did not want to keep the fans concerned about it, as he has recently revealed that the two graves that he was visiting belonged to Glenn (Steven Yeun) and Abraham (Michael Cudlitz).

"I think it's a key moment when Rick is by the graveside of two of his dearest friends," said "The Walking Dead" actor Lincoln, as reported by Cinema Blend. "It was a very powerful moment of harking back to the beginning of last season and the brutal way they were taken from us. I don't think he's ever recovered from that. I don't think any of them have."

Meanwhile, a Reddit post has revealed that fans cannot take it easy just yet. A detailed account of the shooting scheduled for "The Walking Dead" season 8 hinted at the death of Carl (Chandler Riggs), as one scene was filmed with someone on top of him. It was unidentified as to who it might be, but a bloody shirt that belongs Carl was also spotted.

Although Riggs grew up with the show, fans speculate that his character's death may be expected considering the star himself is set to go to college.

"The Walking Dead" airs Sundays on AMC at 9 p.m. EDT.
