As the world renown Billy Grahams final New York City crusade draws near, Wheaton College has created an online exhibit of one of its most valued alumnis earliest and memorable crusades: the 1957 New York City crusade.
Titled 1957 New York City Billy Graham: A Crusade Remembered, the online exhibit uses a variety of media including live film footage and audio clips of sermons, music and testimonies to capture the experience of an evangelistic campaign of all time.
The exhibit also features the original posters, handbills, letters, cartoons and other documents from 1957 to create a visual reminder of one of the most influential and remarkable crusades of Grahams evangelistic career.
Graham was named one of the three Wheaton College, graduates among Time magazines 25 Most Influential Evangelicals earlier this year.
A Crusade Remembered can now be viewed at www.wheaton.edu/bgc/archives/nyc57.htm.
