While the documentary doesn’t show Melania Trump interacting with President Donald Trump’s other children from previous marriages, People magazine reports that Barron Trump is shown briefly in the film.

Barron Trump — who was 10 at the start of his father’s first presidency and is now 19 — is the only child of Donald Trump and Melania Trump, with the latter describing her son in the film as a "confident man.”

The mother and first lady also expressed pride in how her son has handled life in the spotlight, as The New York Times reported on Friday. As he grows up, “it’s very important that he lives the life he wants to live,” Melania Trump said about Barron Trump.

Due to their position in the public eye, the Trump family must remain mindful of security concerns. In one scene in which the Trumps are discussing security for the inauguration, Melania Trump said her son did not want to get out of the car.

The first lady also admitted she felt relieved when the inauguration was moved indoors because of the extreme cold, stating: “Being in a more secure, enclosed space brought a certain peace of mind.”

Trump’s swearing-in ceremony in January 2025 was the first time that an inauguration event was held indoors since 1985. The ceremony took place after an assassin shot at Trump on July 13, 2024, hitting the presidential candidate's right ear.

"An assassin’s bullet ripped through my ear, but I felt then and believe even more so now that my life was saved for a reason. I was saved by God to make America great again,” the president said during Inauguration Day speech.
