Popular Bible Speaker Beth Moore Comes to New York
With passion and fire, author of best seller, When Godly People Do Ungodly Things and popular conference speaker, Beth Moore, will be broadcasting live from the outskirts of New York City in October.
Moore's Living Proof Live conferences for women have made the Word palatable to over 750,000 people, growing from just the handful of women in 1984. This Fall season, Moore's schedule includes Kansas City, Mont. in Sept. 9-10, Knoxville, Tenn. from Sept. 23-24, New York City from Oct. 7-8, and Fresno, Calif. from Dec. 2-3.
The popular Bible studies keeps Moore studying and writing for a good portion of each week when she isn't traveling across the country.
"If you are bored, it is not God you are bored with, and He wants to wake us up this weekend," she said at a previous conference. "We are expecting God to come into this place and do something unexplained. That is the joy of our hearts."
Moore's knack for making Scripture directly relevant to the thousands of attendants each time has them coming back again and again.
"I praise God. This was amazing. Every event was amazing. He speaks through Beth Moore It's amazing. It's the most amazing experience ever," said one woman.
Unlike evangelistic crusades in the magnitude of Billy Graham or Luis Palau, Moore's conferences are different each time.
"Beth's focus will be on the Scripture that God lays on her heart for each individual Living Proof Live event no two are the same," according to her organization's site.
Moore will speak at Continental Airlines Arena at The Meadowlands in Rutherford, NJ.
At each conference, she explains the bottom line as represented by the Bible: "He is what you need when it all comes down to it. He not only gives you everything you need, He is what you want. You just don't know it."
"He is the wildest ride of your life. He is the adventure you've been looking for. He is the romance you've been looking for. He is what your heart is yearning for. He is what my heart is yearning for."
