'Pretty Little Liars' Season 6 Premiere Date, News: Lucy Hale Teases Aria-Ezra Baby
Fans were utterly surprised at the finale of the fifth season of the hit teen TV drama series "Pretty Little Liars" when the identity of "A" was finally revealed. Taking the words of one of the show's main stars, Lucy Hale, it appears that the events in the upcoming Season 6 might overshadow the previous chapter.
Although avid followers of the show already know that the next season will see a major time-jump of several years following the incidents in "Welcome to the Dollhouse," the actress who played Aria seems to suggest that the time lapse might see her holding a baby with Ezra (Ian Harding).
"I want to think hopefully when we do the time-jump they're trying to have babies and stuff," Hale told E! News. "But we'll see!"
Meanwhile, a report from Enstarz announced the most awaited premiere date of the show as well as its title. The "A" mystery will again commence this June 2 with the primer aptly called "Game Over, Charles."
Series creator Marlene King also suggested, in her interview with US Magazine, that fans should better brace themselves as the events in Season 6 will be moving at a fast pace.
"The shotgun has gone off and we are racing to the finish line and it's just non-stop right now," King said. "You know, I have often said we know who 'A' is but we take turns along the way so we don't get to the end of the road too quickly - well, the turns are over! So we're on the straight line to the end of the road."
"Pretty Little Liars" returns with its brand new Season 6 this June 2 at 8 p.m. on ABC.
