Timbaland, Keri Hilson Apologize to Jay-Z, Beyonce

Timothy Zachery Mosley, the 41-year-old music producer better known as Timbaland, is teaming up with singer-songwriter Keri Hilson to publicly apologize to fellow music artists Jay-Z and Beyonce Knowles.

Timbaland recently spoke about the song "Sorry" featuring Hilson that will be featured on his upcoming album Shock Value 3. In an interview with Revolt T.V., Timbaland revealed how he mended a rift with rap mogul Shawn "Jay-Z" Carter and Hilson wanted to apologize to his wife Beyonce.

"I got this one song that I did with Keri on my album called 'Sorry,'" the producer told Revolt recently. "And Keri actually tells the story about the whole Beyonce thing and how she was sorry about it because she really wasn't talking about Beyonce but other people … it says it in the song. "

Rumors started about Hilson having issues with fellow singer Beyonce when she penned the remix to her 2008 hit song "Turning Me On."

"She can sing, but need to move it 'to the (left)' / She need to go have some babies / She needs to sit down, she fadin' / Go 'head and tell them folks how long I been writing your songs / I been puttin you on, just check the credits," Hilson sang on the record.

While Hilson will tell her side of the story in the upcoming Timbaland collaboration, the producer revealed why he was apologizing to Jay-Z.

"Me and Jay fell out. I missed his 40th [birthday]. He didn't miss mine. He did send me a gift," Timbaland told Revolt. "But I missed his and it was over petty stuff. And it was more personal stuff, disagreements."

Still, Timbaland revealed that the pair fixed their issues, which resulted in the producer working on the rapper's 12th studio album Magna Carta Holy Grail.

"When I was working with Justin (Timberlake), [Jay-Z] sent me a text 'We need to talk. You know, we need to hook back up,'" Timbaland told Revolt. "I flew down to Brooklyn where he had shows … And we looked at each other and we just gave each other a hug."
