'Girls' Last Tour' Episode 12 Spoilers: Will the Mysterious Submarine Take Chito and Yuri on Their Final Journey?
Have the girls finally stumbled on the right path towards finding the reason behind the worlds' destruction on the 12th and final episode of the Japanese slice-of-life dystopian anime series, "Girls' Last Tour." How will Chito and Yuri, with their different personalities, process that truths that are about to be revealed to them?
Nuko, the strange creature they found in a previous episode, seemed to have already integrated itself well into their lives. It even proved to be not much of a burden to them, especially when sharing with their limited supply of food, since Nuko, for some reason, only ate bullets.
But what could this creature be exactly? And how can it even be talking in complete sentences now?
The radio that led them to Nuko has also just led them to what looked to be a fully functioning submarine, which held nuclear weapons inside it. And for some strange reason, the door that seemed to have been initially locked was very easily opened by Nuko.
What stories and secrets do this new vehicle hold, and what new possibilities did discovering it give to Chito and Yuri? Will this be their new mode of transformation heading forward? Or are all the buttons and weapons around them about to lead their narrative through the most surprising twists and turns down the line?
More importantly, who owned this submarine, and how and why did its engines manage to keep running through the years? Could it be the very contraption that took part in the destruction of the world, or could it have belonged to those who aimed to save humanity? Then again, in the end, will it even matter?
