Concerned Women for America President and CEO Penny Nance released a statement expressing joy over the release of the hostages, noting that they "endured horrific evil and trauma."

"At the same time, we grieve with the families who lost their loved ones in captivity and urge Hamas to uphold their end of the deal in releasing every hostage — dead and alive," she stated.

"We are grateful to President Trump for negotiating this release and pushing for peace in the Middle East. We pray that Israel is protected from further terrorism and that antisemitism will not prevail."

Nance highlighted the work of CWA and Young Women for America, noting that they had worked with hostage families, organized meetings with congressional members, briefed Capitol Hill staffers, held prayer vigils across the nation, and visited the Kibbutzim attacked by Hamas.

"May there never be another day when evil is visited upon Israel," Nance concluded.
