8. Support for Planned Parenthood

Obama has shown strong support for Planned Parenthood Federation of America, the nation's leading abortion provider.

In 2013, Obama became the first sitting US president to address Planned Parenthood at their National Conference in Washington, D.C.

While president, he also vetoed a bill to defund Planned Parenthood and last month his administration issued a rule meant to help curb state level efforts to defund the abortion provider.
