San Antonio Spurs vs Miami Heat Live Stream Free: Watch NBA Finals 2014 Game 3 Online (ABC TV Details)

The San Antonio Spurs will play the Miami Heat on Tuesday night in Game 3 of their NBA 2014 Finals Playoff series. With still nothing separating the teams this series has already become a best of five contest, but it is the Heat now who have home court advantage. Today's big game takes place from the AmericanAirlines Arena in Miami, Florida and has a start time of 9 p.m. ET. The game can also be watched on TV on the ABC network or online through free live stream (details below).

The series is currently level at 1-1 and both teams will know how important it could be to take Game 3.

So far the Spurs were unable to make home court advantage fully count; they won Game 1 comfortably in San Antonio, but Game 2 was a back and forth affair, with the lead changing throughout the game. Ultimately though, it was the Heat who came out on top to bring things back to all square.

Now the series moves to Miami, where the Heat are 8-0 this postseason. That does not bode well for the Spurs, but if they can win one of the next two games in Miami it would allow them to recover home court advantage.

If the Spurs are going to win tonight then they must do a better job at shutting down a revitalized LeBron James. He put up 35 points and 10 rebounds in Game 2's 98-96 victory for Miami. If the Spurs cannot control him better in tonight's game he will have the Heat half way to victory alone.

James is undoubtedly one of the most destructive players in the NBA if he gets into his stride, and stopping him is something the Spurs must have at their top of their priority list tonight.

One amazing statistic that shows what an influence James is on his team is that the Heat squad shot 60.4 percent when James was on the court in Game 2. However, in the time that he was off court that number fell to a ridiculously low 29.4 percent.

One reason for that is that James seems to be able to drive his team forward more and help them create more space to get the ball closer to the rim. In Game 2 when James was on court the average Miami shot was from 11.5 feet, as opposed to 16.2 feet when he was off court.

The statistics highlight what a large part of the Spurs game plan must be tonight; simply stopping LeBron James.
