'Game of Thrones' Season 6 spoilers – Euron Greyjoy is cast and Hodor's story will be told. Season 6 premiere in Girona City?

It is now confirmed that Danish actor Pilou Asbæk has been cast in the role of Euron Greyjoy. Dedicated fans of the series spotted the actor shooting with the cast of "Game of Thrones" Season 6 around the Ballintoy Harbour. The shoot also included a scene with the crowd cheering for Euron Greyjoy.

Pilou Asbækis an interesting cast for the series. He has acted in the successful Danish series "Borgen" as Kasper Juul, and at present is playing Pontius Pilate in the latest version of "Ben-Hur."

This obviously means the Greyjoys will play an important role in Season 6. Season 6 will probably focus more on the different families, their alignments and all of them planning and plotting for the grand war for Westeros that will probably be in Season 8.

By now, viewers all know that the character of Bran Stark is coming back. He was entirely missing in Season 5. Well, if he is there then Hodor and Meera, who were stuck in the cave with him, will also appear. Viewers also know that Season 6 will reveal a lot of history about what happened between the Starks, the Targaryens and the Baratheons so expect a lot of flashbacks then. This bit has been confirmed as the crew of GOT have been casting for three young boys who will play the Stark brothers in their childhood. Viewers will also learn about Hodor's origin too and why he fiercely protects the members of the Stark family and why he just goes, "H…d…or". This has been confirmed by GoT news site Watchers of the Wall who report that the 'origin of Hodor' will finally be featured in Season 6.

A report also says that Girona City could be the place where Season 6 of "Game of Thrones" will most probably happen. Since the Catalan City has been used as a location to film Season 6, it would indeed be fitting to have the premiere there. No official date has been announced for the premiere but it most likely seems to be the end of March or beginning of April.
