Hillary Clinton to Step Down? Secretary Wants to 'Sleep, Exercise, Maybe Have Decorating Show'

While it's still unofficial as to whether Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will relinquish her duties in January, she has dropped several hints as to what she would like to do in the next stage of her life.

"I just want to sleep and exercise and travel for fun," she told The New York Times. "And relax. It sounds so ordinary, but I haven't done it for 20 years. I would like to see whether I can get 'untired.' I work out and stuff, but I don't do it enough and I don't do it hard enough because I can't expend that much energy on it."

"It's not going to be much longer," Clinton told the Times when asked about her remaining time as Secretary of State. But that doesn't necessarily mean that a 2016 presidential run is completely out of the question.

According to a poll by Public Policy Polling, 58 percent of Democrats favor Clinton in the 2016 election, compared to the 17 percent who favor Vice President Joe Biden. She has given vague answers to questions from reporters wanting to know if she will declare her candidacy in the next election, so as to avoid backing herself into a corner.

Even husband, former President Bill isn't certain what 2016 holds for his family but he's willing to go along for the ride should Hillary choose to jump in the game.

"I believe she's being absolutely honest with you when she says she doesn't think she'll go back into politics," he told "Good Morning America" in April. "But if she comes home and wants to do this foundation stuff for the rest of our lives, I'll be happy. If she changes her mind and decides to run, I'll be happy."

"Maybe I'll get a decorating show," Hillary joked to the Times. If she does, Martha Stewart should watch her back.
