The first map is Coral Complex located on the Motherbase. It features both open areas and places to hide like tall towers and other internal areas.

The second map is Rust Palace in Afghanistan. It features a large multi-level building in very poor condition, leaving players mostly open to snipers.

The third map is Azure Mountain in Africa. It's an outdoor plain with a small cluster of buildings offering little cover.

New character: Quiet

The upcoming expansion packs also include a new character named Quiet. She's a sniper with high accuracy, fast movement, and cloaking skills. She can also jump over steps where other characters might need a ladder.

The expansion pack's content cannot be purchased separately so those looking to have the new character or maps will have to shell out $3.99.

In addition to the new "Metal Gear Online" DLC, Konami is also going to release a free competitive mission called Sabotage. In this new mission, players need to destroy or fulton the enemy Missile. The new mission will be available alongside the Cloaked in Silence expansion pack.

A new batch of appeal actions that unlock certain poses is also coming out next month. This includes the Basic Appeal Pack, the Battle Appeal Pack, the Dance Appeal Pack, and the Hero Appeal Pack. Each appeal pack costs $1.99, but those looking to buy all four can get them for $6.99.

The new "Metal Gear Online" DLC was announced last month. The exact release date of the Cloaked in Silence expansion pack has not been detailed, but it should arrive sometime next month.
