Both of these Galaxy S3s will include a Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8960 S4 dual-core 1.5GHz processor. They will also feature 2GB of RAM.

The LTE model will come with 16 or 32GB of built-in memory, and the HSPA+ version is set to only be available with 16GB of memory.

The Galaxy S3 is expected to officially launch in Canada on June 20.

Rogers Wireless has already begun offering pre-orders for the smartphone.

The device may retail on the carrier for $149.99 with a new three-year contract, according to a recent post on a Best Buy webpage. That price was taken off the site so nothing is officially confirmed in terms of cost for the device on various carriers.

The same post also showed what the Galaxy S3's price would be on some other carriers in Canada.

For Telus and Virgin Mobile, the handset will be priced at $159.99. SaskTel will offer the Galaxy S3 for $169.99.

The presumed no contract price for the Galaxy S3 will be $649.99 in Canada.

The Samsung Galaxy S3 launched in various parts of the globe earlier this week. The release took place in countries such as the U.K., France, UAE, Saudi Arabia and parts of Africa.

It is expected to launch in the U.S. sometime in the summer.
