Christian leaders remember James Dobson for his 'innovation, fearlessness and biblical wisdom'

Jack Graham, pastor of Prestonwood Baptist Church in Plano, Texas, remembered Dobson in a video message posted to X Thursday.
"James Dobson was one of a kind and truly touched the world with a message of Christ and the Bible," he proclaimed. "He was a trained psychologist and very well-trained, but he understood beyond human psychology, there's the psychology of the Bible and the word of God."
"He enabled us to live according to God's principles by teaching us and counseling us on marriage, on home, on family," Graham asserted.
In a statement shared with The Christian Post via email, Graham expressed confidence that "Dr. James Dobson is with the Lord — celebrating God's grace, which brought him to faith and a future richly rewarded."
"It was a privilege to work with my friend Jim on issues of national significance and to serve as his online pastor over the last decade, as he and Shirley viewed PowerPoint every Sunday," Graham said. "Our Prestonwood church family is praying for Shirley and the Dobson family as the legacy of this godly man endures forever in the lives he edified and the Savior he magnified."
