On Wednesday of November 5, 2003 president George W. Bush signed the Partial-Abortion Ban Act, effectively affirming his staunch position for pro-life proponents. The event marks the very first historical restriction on '73 Roe vs. Wade on abortion. President Bush garnered a wave of support from a number of Christian leaders as he confirmed his views to the general public.
