Skeleton of American Man Obsessed With Queen Found by Buckingham Palace

A skeletal body of an American man obsessed with the British Queen has been found just 100 yards from Buckingham Palace in London.

69-year-old Robert James Moore’s body was discovered in the small West Island in St. James’s Park in London. His body has allegedly been there for an astonishing 3 years.

The skeletal remains of Moore were discovered on March 15 by a tree surgeon working for the Royal Park, according to West End Extra newspaper. The bones were on a rotting yellow cushion in thick undergrowth, along with vodka bottles nearby and a “degraded” U.S. passport in his clothes.

Westminster Crown Court was told that he had sent hundreds of “strange and offensive” packages to the Queen over 15 years. According to the inquest, the man had mental health problems and arrived in England in 2007.

At last week’s hearing, Detective Sergeant Mike West from Marylebone Police Station said, “He had a fixation with the Queen and the Royal Family, which takes us back to the place where he was discovered. There would not be a better place to remain undiscovered within view of the Queen’s primary residence than the West Island.”

West also said: “There was a green bottle attached to a belt attached to a safety pin attached to string.

“Street drinkers will do this so that if someone tries to remove the alcohol from them while they are asleep it will wake them up and they can fend off the person.”

A post-mortem examination ruled that the cause of death was “unascertained.”
