'The Young and the Restless' Spoilers for the Week: Dina's Secret Exposed; Phyllis Desperate to Keep Billy

Things are heating up on "The Young and the Restless" and it looks like Dina (Marla Adams) will not be able to hold onto her secret anymore.

Spoilers for the week of Oct. 23 to 27 indicate that Dina's secret Alzheimer's diagnosis will be revealed to her children. Ashley (Eileen Davidson) and Jack (Peter Bergman) will find out the truth, though it remains to be seen how they will react.

Elsewhere, Lily (Christel Khalil) and Cane (Daniel Goddard) will still be at each other's throats. Lily's new job has already caused some problems and it looks like it will be the source of more conflict for her and Cane. Additionally, Mattie's (Lexie Stevenson) relationship will also be an issue.

Meanwhile, Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) will do everything she can in order to keep Billy (Jason Thompson), but Victoria (Amelia Heinle) may still have some tricks up her sleeve. Scott (Daniel Hall), on the other hand, will discover valuable information about the sex ring that may put his life on the line.

Fans can also look forward to some drama taking place in the Friday, Oct. 20, episode. Spoilers reveal that the friction between Victoria and Cane will come to a head. They have been pointing the finger at each other for a while now, so it does not come as a surprise that they will eventually duke it out. While things will not necessarily get physical, their argument will end with Victoria throwing her drink at Cane.

However, it seems something more major will happen to Victoria. She will find herself in a car crash that will end with a cliffhanger. But, since she is still mentioned in the spoilers for next week, it looks like fans can rest assured knowing that this will not be the end of Victoria.

"The Young and the Restless" airs weekdays at 12:30 p.m. EDT on CBS.
