Top 4 moments from Trump's latest Mar-a-Lago press briefing: ‘Circumcisions,' 'sedentary migrants’

Voter turnout in India and circumcisions in Mozambique: 'What about our people?'

While speaking of the waste in Social Security, Trump also offered an extensive list of other extraneous expenses that DOGE uncovered, which he described as fraud.

Included in the list are $520 million for "environmental, social and governance investments in Africa."

"Sounds like an environmental study. I've always been one that paid a lot of money for my environmental studies, but I paid like $50,000, not $520 million," Trump said before continuing.

"Twenty-five million to promote biodiversity, conservation and promote licit livelihoods by developing socially responsible behavior in the country of Colombia. Well, that's nice. Twenty-five million to go into Colombia for something that nobody ever heard of."

Tens of millions were allocated for "sedentary migrants," researching behavior change in Uganda, male circumcisions in Mozambique, and developing "a cohort of Cambodian youth with enterprise-driven skills."

"In other words, let's teach them something about enterprise. What about our people? Can we teach them about enterprise?" Trump interjected.

Trump continued listing more millions of U.S. tax dollars going to improving "public procurement" in Serbia, increasing voter turnout in Moldova and India, promoting fiscal federalism and biodiversity conservation in Nepal, increasing "voter confidence" in Liberia, helping social cohesion in Mali, aiding "inclusive democracies" in South Africa, improving learning outcomes in Asia, and developing "sustainable recycling models to increase socio-economic cohesion among marginalized communities in Kosovo."

"We're talking about hundreds of billions of dollars," Trump said. "By the way, I could read this all day long."
