According to Prince's sister, Tyka Nelson, her brother has always wanted to open the Paisley Park to the public and was actively working in the past to realize his goals.

Nelson stated that when Prince was still alive, only few people got the rare chance to witness the incredible place. She added that the fans of the musical innovator across the globe will now get the opportunity to personally experience their idol's world.

Moreover, in a joint statement, Prince's siblings expressed that the new Paisley Park museum will give guests a unique exhibition. They added that the new attraction will showcase and honor Prince's works and legacy as a genius artist.

Attractions

Plans are that guided tours will bring guests to the extensive main floor of Paisley Park, which includes studios where Prince recorded, produced and mixed majority of his popular hits. Visitors will also get the rare chance of seeing the rock legend's private NPG Music Club, massive soundstage and concert hall, where he prepared for tours and conducted private events.

In addition to the private studios and facility, guests will also get an exclusive look to the collection of artifacts from the personal archives of the legendary musician. These include awards, musical instruments, concert wardrobe and motorcycles.

Ticket Details

Per CNN, guided tours inside Paisley Park will be limited to 25 to 30 visitors per batch and will last for over an hour only. Tickets are available at $38.50. VIP tours for smaller groups are also available at $100 or more per guest.

Tickets for the Oct. 6 opening will go on sale starting Friday at 3 p.m. Fans may purchase tickets through the Paisley Park's official website.

According to RollingStone, Prince's estate is still under contention after he died on April 21 this year without a known will. Early this month, Minnesota Judge Kevin Eide granted approval to Bremer Trust to sell six of the contested properties of the legendary singer.
