Stanley Black & Decker, DeWalt & Crafstman

In a Sept. 16 X post, Starbuck listed changes the tool manufacturer Stanley Black & Decker agreed to make after he told the company his intention to "expose their woke policies." After noting that Stanley Black & Decker also owns the tool companies DeWalt and Craftsman, Starbuck elaborated on how the parent company was "preemptively changing policy."

In addition to "dismantling their entire DEI department," and abandoning "DEI based training programs" as well as "supplier diversity goals," the tool manufacturer also agreed to stop participating in the Human Rights Campaign's "woke Corporate Equality Index social credit system" and vowed to stop making "donations to divisive events."

Starbuck indicated that the business would "reevaluate their coverage" of gender transition procedures for minors as part of their employer-sponsored healthcare plans "when their healthcare policy renewal period comes back around."
